NPOS MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION: Allied Health Membership

To apply online for NPOS Allied Health membership (for individuals), please begin by logging in below. This will establish an online account for you with NPOS.

If you prefer, you can download a printable application HERE. Fax completed forms to the NPOS office at 503.253.9172. You will receive a confirmation email upon processing in the NPOS office.

Allied Health Member: Surgical and non-surgical associates such as PA’s, RN’s, physical/occupational therapists, and other professionals who directly support member orthopaedic surgeons.  Allied Health membership applications must include an active member as a sponsor. Allied Health members shall not have voting rights except when voting for their board of directors representative, but shall be entitled to all other membership benefits.

Annual Dues: $100 (first member)
Discounted membership are available for multiple Allied Health members from the same practice: First member=$100, Second member=$75, Third or more=$50 each

All applications are assessed a one-time initiation fee per NPOS Bylaws.
